SLOW HORSES was a mishmash of trying to figure out who the real bad guy was. MI5 is struggling as well as Slough House. The writers are edging viewers closer to an explosive conclusion of immense proportions. That is, unless another huge cluster fu** happens first. Either way, it is all entertaining and exciting.ย
It is difficult to give out any other info this week without revealing spoilers. I can say the pacing was spot-on and got my heart pumping. The acting is always so understated and brilliantly portrayed through authentic characters. I believe this is the beauty of the series, besides running audiences all over London and its countryside.
SLOW HORSES is an intense ride. It is the only spy thriller that could come up with a line like โFu** my giddy auntโ and make me tremble with fear.
