FISK S1 SERIES REVIEW 😊

FISK is a delightful Australian comedy series. It is all about a small, shabby attorney’s office and the bumbling, awkward characters who work there. The series especially features the life of Helen Fisk, played by Kitty Flanagan. She has a hilarious, mumbling, sarcastic, witty, brutally honest manner of speaking.

I am a fan of Australian television shows, but that being said, I always have my closed caption on so I can capture every nuance of their fast-paced dialogue. FISK does not disappoint. It has lightweight, silly moments capturing the absurdity of human nature. Just what we all need at the end of summer days. But be forewarned, FISK is an acquired taste. She must be allowed to simmer until you get the rhythm of their humor.

FISK is not a current series. (2021) Maybe it took some time to get to the States. I am hoping that means there is another season already in the works. All I can say is…enjoy and join me in taking up a collection of more than three brown, baggy suits.

It is available to stream on NETFLIX.
