DOCTOR WHO S2E5 THE STORY ON THE ENGINE 🤩

DOCTOR WHO took fans to Nigeria, where “the stories of the barber shop live in me.” The writers outdid themselves with tales of adventure and thought-provoking moments. Sitting in the barber chair carries the weight of future generations.

The format of DOCTOR WHO feels like it is changing. Gone are the episodes of just saving the day while conquering powerful, greedy aliens. The Doctor and his sidekick are not attached at the hip as much. They appear independently and with great respect. It is a nice break and allows the audience to participate in more creative situations. I also love it when The Doctor acknowledges his past body image. It certainly is a fresher approach to this long-standing series.

DOCTOR WHO is still the fastest-talker who never leaves the blue box without his trusty screwdriver. Thank goodness for high-tech tools.

DOCTOR WHO is streaming on Disney+.
