ABBOTT ELEMENTARY went off-location to a Pennsylvania Teacher’s Conference called PECSA. It was the highlight of Abbott’s staff learning new techniques, networking, and hanging by the pool.

“Stuff” always happens that was not planned for once you get out of town. Rumors fly, “Dawn of the day” is real, and friends can get caught up in the moment. Witnessing how each of them handled being at a conference was fascinating. Their expectations vs. the reality of what actually is expected. In the end, relationships were mended and explored.

The writers really get the teacher’s world. They totally understand why teachers sacrifice so much and get excited about new teaching tools. They write from a teacher’s soul of loving what they do no matter what. They share these sentiments with humor and class. They are my kind of people.

ABBOTT ELEMENTARY is available to stream on ABC.
