WILL TRENT ended its first season with a brilliant episode that tied up more exciting information than I ever dreamed it would. The story was compelling, and the payoff was worth the wait.
The plot continues to desperately find the serial killer from last week’s story. Angie (Erika Christensen) is in trouble and needs Will (Ramon Rodriguez)to find her quickly before her mouth is sewn shut forevermore. It is a dark tale that begs the question, is there really a plan for everything that happens in this world? Are there truly serendipitous moments? WILL TRENT would indeed say a resounding yes. Especially Amanda ( Sohn) as she relives her past choices and looks to the future. Superb writing and acting among the entire ensemble.
WILL TRENT is more than a police detective/FBI drama. It showcases how a team working together can make a difference. It highlights the hidden meanings behind the words “I got you” for key characters. It definitely is a tv show I won’t soon forget. It concluded with several threads that must be explored, resolved, and forgiven. I am excited about season two. I will wait for its return as I take my time to remember…” right, left, top to bottom.”
WILL TRENT is available to stream on ABC.
