WILL TRENT S1 REVIEW 🤩

Here’s my breakdown for WILL TRENT’s first season of must-see tv.

E2 I’M A PRETTY OBSERVANT GUY 🤩

“I liked that the case from last week was solved, and now viewers can be treated to many more plot lines from the Karin Slaughter’s book series. It is fast-paced, sarcastic, and filled with raw emotions. Plus, Betty, the dog, is adorable. This makes for a great mystery. I look forward to more.

E3 DON’T LET IT HAPPEN AGAIN 🤩

“WILL TRENT is patiently taking viewers on a journey of solving two cases again this week. The murder crimes are intelligent and plausible.

E4 MY STUPID DETECTIVE BRAIN 🤩

Kudos to Karin Slaughter, the original book series author and the writers for creating a cop show with heart and real problems that spill over into the homicide world.

E6 SHOULD I GET MY TIN FOIL HAT? 🤩

“WILL TRENT contains well-flushed characters who are more than just their job. They are flawed and troubled, yet their work ethics are astounding. It gives me hope in this very turbulent time of police shootings. It makes me feel safe watching people who care so much to get it right. And when they fail, they keep coming back to try again. This is the kind of humanity I dream about in real life.

E7 UNABLE TO LOCATE 🤩

WILL TRENT Is insecure, real, and a fascinating detective. I am on this journey with all of them, no matter where it leads or for how long.

E8 TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS AND A BUS PASS 😊

“Ramon Rodriguez knows precisely how to play WILL TRENT this week as he is now talking to the Homicide victim. He sees her so clearly and promises her, “she is seen. She is known and will be remembered.”

E9 MANHUNT 😊

Will sees and feels things others skip over, which adds more depth to his character. I know there are holes in the script, but I do love cop shows that keep delivering more and more to think about each week.

E10 PTEROADACTYLS CAN FLY 🤩

“WILL TRENT showcased one of their most touching and empathetic episodes. It shared the softer, vulnerable Will (Ramon Rodriguez), and it gave viewers even more insight into his broken childhood.

E11 BILL BLACK 🤩

Angie (Erika Christensen) has guts and perseverance. It was warm and cuddly listening to her “Betty talks.” Her heart and soul have two totally different sides of survival mode.

E12 NOTHING CHANGED EXCEPT FOR EVERYTHING 🤩

WILL TRENT ended with a major cliffhanger that will take us to the first season’s conclusion. The ensemble must work together as a team to solve and save an important cast member. The show was riveting.

E13 A BAD TEMPER AND A HARD HEART 🤩

WILL TRENT ended its first season with a brilliant episode that tied up more, exciting information than I ever dreamed it would. The story was compelling, and the payoff was worth the wait.
