THE PITT S1E11 HOUR 11 5 P.M.

I say this each week, but this episode of THE PITT was one of my favorites simply because of its raw honesty in showing people at their worst and best. As a viewer, I was blown away when I was privy to an actual baby being born. I mean seeing the child crowning at his mother’s vagina up close and personal was bold and powerful. Then watching his intense total entrance will take every parent back to a special life and possibly death moment. Brilliant writing and acting. I am in awe.

HOUR 11 also allowed audiences to see the fraying of doctors, nurses, and patients’ most vulnerable sides. I will never look at a medical professional again without thinking about his life outside the office or hospital. THE PITT is inspiring, yet it allows the multiple layers to be shredded with intelligence, caring, blunt truths, and kindness. I am so impressed.

THE PITT is for people who want honesty in their tv viewing. It’s for the public who doesn’t mind the grit and realistic setting at this Emergency Trauma Center in Pittsburgh during one fifteen-hour shift. It makes us wonder what a toll the Covid pandemic had on these first responders, and it continues to celebrate excellence in the entertainment and medical industries. Don’t miss this series.

THE PITT is streaming on MAX.
