My mind is blown just like the opening intro of THE GOOD FIGHT that I have watched for six seasons and never totally understood where it was going. This episode put it all into perspective.

The writers of this show are just brilliant. They gave Diane (Christine Baranski), the words to say that so many of us yearn to spout. I was cheering Diane on as she spoke the truth at a funeral, “We came to bury Frank, but we will be burying democracy. We are f**ked. Here’s to democracy.”

THE GOOD FIGHT has always been about choosing the battles we deem important. This installment put everything into perspective about what our society does next. The show moved at warp speed. The ensemble was superb. Situations changed and some were resolved. It all came down to where do we go from here. “The most dangerous feeling is hope.” As a fan, “Upon this ‘Rock,’ I will build my party.”

THE GOOD FIGHT is available to stream on PARAMOUNT.
