NIGHT SKY S1 REVIEW 😊

NIGHT SKY was a slow-paced, dramatic Sci-Fi series. What elevated each episode was the superior acting skills from Irene (Sissy Spacek) and Franklin (J. K. Simmons).

This dynamic duo was meant to perform together. It was sheer perfection. They melded together into each moment. I believed in their marriage, and their relationship was authentic. It wasn’t just their facial expressions, pacing, or intonation. Instead, it was the silent seconds between each beat.

NIGHT SKY was wrapped around an absurd plot of planet-hopping. I secretly wanted to believe that this could happen, but more script details were necessary. There were many holes in the basic concept, and it ended with a few cliff hangers. However, I do hope it returns.  I have questions and want to continue being a part of Irene and Franklin’s world.

NIGHT SKY is available to stream on Amazon Prime.
