It’s trick or treat time with the three siblings of HOME ECONOMICS. Bickering over the best neighborhood and what the costume theme should be for the family is the norm. In the end, Tom (Topher Grace), Connor (JimmyTatro), and Sarah (Caitlin Mc Gee) all agree on a superhero theme and to do Halloween separately this year.

The writers are very intent on making sure viewers see how close this family really is. Being together and sharing holidays is most important, since they are not only related to each other, but they are also friends who enjoy hanging out.

It is clever how they come to this conclusion. This is definitely all about the journey. HOME ECONOMICS greatest strength is how the ensemble shares their feelings during quick dialogue and “Tony Stark” moments. Is it a costume that makes you a hero, or is it your heartstrings?

HOME ECONOMICS is available to stream on ABC Television.
