HELLO, TOMORROW was a mixed bag of milkshakes, forms in triplicate, baseball, and father/son relationships. It is all over the place, and each episode is only thirty minutes long.
What I love the most about the series is the strong ensemble led by Billy Crudup, Hank Azaria, Haneefah Wood, Deshane Williams, and Nicholas Podany. They are strong, creative actors who I don’t think even know where the story is going. It just feels bogged down, confusing, and a little boring. Get on with life on the moon. Sell us that story. Now that’s compelling and interesting.
HELLO, TOMORROW is a conundrum for me. Will I be back? The answer is on a form somewhere on my desk.
It is available to stream on APPLE TV+.
