“It’s just the beginning…”

HALFTIME is a peek at the life of Jennifer Lopez leading up to her performance at the Super Bowl in 2020 and beyond. This documentary shares what it takes to start out as “Jenny from the block” all the way to becoming JLo, the superstar legend.

I have always been a huge fan of Jennifer’s ability to showcase her multi-talent as a performer. She inspires all aspiring artists to never take “no” for an answer. She is not afraid to reinvent herself to become the best she can be. She is simply “not done yet.”

What intrigued me the most was the “behind-the-scenes look at her creative process. She is a detail person who demands perfection from herself and everyone around. She is entirely dedicated to her craft and works tirelessly to make her vision a reality. Jennifer is also iconic in how she wants the world to know she is “Latino.”  She is proud of her heritage and wants to lead the way for generations to come.

HALFTIME was a realistic approach creating a performance that will be remembered and forever shine a light on world issues that matter to JLo. She is a force of beauty, grace, and courage. It is available to stream on Netflix.
