FOR ALL MANKIND S3 REVIEW ๐Ÿ˜Š

Here's Esta and Aaron's take on S3.

ESTA:ย This season, FOR ALL MANKIND, felt like being on a seesaw continually going up and down. The series could not get their pacing and scripts all on the same level of excellence as it was in the past.ย

AARON: Ugh, don’t get me started on the inconsistency this season.

ESTA:ย Yes, you had a love/hate relationship with this show where you stated that you need to speak to a therapist about it. ๐Ÿ˜‚ย

However, I was a little more patient and believed it would get better.

AARON:ย Yeah, it’s because no matter how many times we saw a bad political soap opera plots, we stayed fascinated by the Mars space exploration storyline.ย

ESTA:ย Exactly. That and the ensemble’s core relationships gave it strength and creativity. We loved rooting for them to succeed and survive. The writers were gutsy, making several life/death choices.ย

AARON: ๐Ÿ’ฏ. That end-action scene and cliffhanger were so intense!

ESTA:ย Those moments will pull me back for future seasons. Sadly though, FOR ALL MANKIND is the epitome of that old saying, “should haveโ€ฆwould haveโ€ฆcould have.”

AARON:ย The Danny (Casey W. Johnson) story with pills had to be the most painful in the show’s history. During a few episodes in the middle of S3, I watched at 1.5x playback speed to get through it quicker.ย

ESTA:ย Sad. It’s such a loss of all the infinite possibilities the story might have taken its viewers. Let’s hope next year it gets back on track.ย

AARON:ย Yup. We both will be back next year to review it. Although, my therapy bill will be “out of this world” compared to yours.
