DIRTY JOHN: BETTY THE BETTY BRODERICK STORY S2 SERIES REVIEW 🤩

DIRTY JOHN: BETTY
THE BETTY BRODERICK STORY is based on true events from the late 60’s through the 80’s about Dan and Betty’s courtship, marriage and divorce. Yet, it is really so much more.

Amanda Peet embodies the character of Betty Broderick. She was mesmerizing every time she appeared on screen. Her smile, her expressions that change in a second, her beguiling smile makes Betty come alive and feel totally believable. As a viewer, I was taken down her crazy path willingly and without reservation. Christian Slater, as her husband, was cool, cruel, conniving and sexy. He was the man you love to hate.

I could not control myself binging this series, mostly because I couldn’t believe the chain of events that occurred. I wanted to scream out the word “stop” before it was too late, but that would not have helped. It ended exactly where you thought it would.

DIRTY JOHN: BETTY was powerfully captivating. It is not easily forgotten and available to stream on Netflix.
