DEXTER: NEW BLOOD was off the chart! I literally held my breath several times throughout this intense episode. I did not know what could or would happen next.
High-powered, rifle chase scenes, venison dinners with a madman, police investigations getting too close for comfort, Joker-face injury, and blood-stained trails in snow gave Dexter (Michael C. Hall) more than enough to handle. Every moment could have ended so many different ways for Harrison (Jack Alcott) and Kurt Caldwell (Clancy Brown). It was frightening, exhilarating and crazy, insane all at the same time. Kudos to the writers for taking us on this journey of maniacal mayhem, and to the phenomenal acting skills of these three. I am a true believer. Evil lives among us for sure.
I know I am not alone as I count down the the clock anticipating next week’s installment. I want to share so much, but I won’t ruin it for anyone. I cannot turn away as I follow the blood and become a “dark passenger” in Dexter’s race to keep his son and himself alive.
