AMY SCHUMER: EMERGENCY CONTACT was not as funny nor entertaining as I thought it would be. I usually enjoy Amy’s brand and style of humor, but this comedy special filmed in Los Angeles left me without a smile on my face. It felt totally “phoned in” and a waste of 51 minutes.
Here’s the deal…I am not going to waste your time as well. As a fan, you will adore her jokes and stories, or you will agree with me that her sparkle was not there during this stand-up routine. You decide. I already did.
