UNITED STATES OF AL S2E19 GUILT/GUNAH 😊

UNITED STATES OF AL shared the power an Afghanistan Mother has over her son. Al (Adhir Kalyan) would do anything to get her respect back.

This episode is dedicated to the different sides of guilt. It is an emotion that can make you realize when you are acting dishonorably and can tear a person up inside. This feeling is repeatedly playing in Riley‘s (Parker Young) head. His choices and fears are out of whack. Tough decisions are coming for both men but thank goodness for Art (Dean Norris.) He is the foundation and glue that holds this family together. The writers delivered a humorous, with serious undertones, script. Nicely done.

UNITED STATES OF AL gave us another peek into a unique aspect of Afghanistan values as opposed to the American way of living. It was definitely a cultural shock for all. It is available to stream on CBS/PARAMOUNT.
