STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS offered a very unique perspective on the possibility of a doppelgänger planet somewhere in our galaxy. There were silly, fun moments along with a wise conclusion as to how to live each day. The episode was charming, mischievous, and highly entertaining in a surprising sort of way. It was illuminating to explore and discover the diverse acting skills from the ensemble. It was almost like watching two different actors portray the same character. Fascinating.

This season of SNW has been very different indeed. Each installment has taken viewers to a world we might never think existed. The writers have been extremely busy creating bold choices that make lasting impressions. Is it what most of us Trekkies are expecting? Not in the least. Some critics have panned this season. I am not one of them. I love the idea that there are infinite numbers of stories just waiting to be told. It certainly has kept me on my toes, and I am sure the costume, hair, and makeup departments are having a blast.

STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS is a delightful breath of fresh air when it goes where no man has gone before.
