THE REHEARSAL hit several high, intense moments during this week’s episode. It helped to have “Dr. Fart” make an appearance and demand “eating the poo.”
This week brought back memories of what it feels like being a Jew during the Christmas season. It is not always comfortable and joyous. “Life can be complicated,” especially if you are considered a “liar.” When my children were young, decisions had to be agreed upon, honoring both cultures and beliefs. Nathan Fielder is always trying to make THE REHEARSAL as true to real life as he possibly can. Sometimes he failed.
Nathan is yearning for something real. The writers were spot-on. They gave raw, authentic words to the old adage, “be careful what you wish for.” It is truly impossible to “choose what happens in life.” According to David, however…” we do get to rehearse for it.”
