STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS S4E3 HUMAN BEST FRIEND ๐Ÿ˜Š

STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS gave fans an inside look at what shore leave might look like for high ranking officers. It was not what I would have expected. Watching the core characters maneuver through intoxicating atmosphere was truly enlightening, humorous, and entertaining. Who knew tattoos, crazy partying, hallucinations, an arm cast, and karaoke could be so illuminating. Kudos to the writers for allowing audiences a chance to see the crew not at their finest moment. It was great to know all of them were not as perfect as previously thought.

I think the funniest scenes involved Spock and Captain Pike. Their loosen-goosey attitude was so out of character. They cracked me up especially during a key mind meld.  โ€œMy mind to your leavesโ€ฆโ€ I canโ€™t say anymore. Just be prepared for a zany episode that didnโ€™t really push the story content forward. Rather, it just took a detour into the creative unknown. It was a trip well worth taking.

STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS was surprisingly delightful. Sometimes it is necessary not to face huge battle scenes. I think viewers will also be treated to a well earned, very different shore leave. Enjoy the experience while streaming on Paramount.
