STAR TREK: PICARD S3E9 VOX 🤩

STAR TREK: PICARD ramped up the action this week. Surprises, twists, turns, and shocking revelations were entreatingly interspersed. It was a wild ride, to be sure. The writers took audiences down a beautiful memory lane. And sorry, Jean-Luc Picard (Sir Patrick Stewart), I did not mind the color of the carpet. The writing was bold, sad, and preposterous. I can’t imagine what is in store for the enemy behind the red door.

As a Trekkie fan, I will not ruin the reveals and discoveries. This episode is meant to be savored and remembered with shock and awe. I thoroughly enjoyed the time given to “go back” and remember the details of what makes this series so beloved. It’s family. It’s standing with Picard no matter what. It’s the humor of hearing Data say, “I hope we die a quick death.” It’s simply NCC-1701D.

STAR TREK: PICARD’s finale is next week. This will be the end of a sci-fi show that jettisoned people’s imaginations to boldly go…

I can only humbly add “engage.”

STAR TREK: PICARD is available to stream on PARAMOUNT.
