STAR TREK: DISCOVERYÂ Â was far more intriguing this week. LABYRINTHS provided a thoughtful glimpse into what a futuristic library could be. It was memorable and entertaining.Â
DISCOVERY is at its best when the writers showcase a sci-fi theme. It does not have to be complex or filled with raging fighting. It is a delight when the crew finds themselves deep within the Bad Lands, searching for a sub-conscious clue, all while performing evasive maneuvers with the vicious Breen. It worked brilliantly.Â
STAR TREK: DISCOVERY introduced a new element that gave me hope that I could finish its final season peacefully. It is streaming on Paramount+.
