SOMETHING FROM TIFFANYโS is a holiday rom-com for those who love mix-ups and little blue boxes. It is, of course, predictable as all holiday movies, but it is semi-sweet with oodles of bread and rolls.ย
Rachel (Zoey Deutch), and Ethan (Kendrick Sampson), produce enough chemistry to scrape off the walls. You know they feel tingles in their tummies when they look into each otherโs eyes. The story is okay, but this is not why most people watch this film genre.ย It works in a quirky kind of way.ย
The writers also gave the viewers a moment to handle and remembering grief during the holidays. โThe risk of love is loss.โ That is perfectly said for those who are in that place. Maybe it will help. I do know the location shots made me smile. There is nothing like the holiday season in New York City.ย
SOMETHING FROM TIFFANYโS is not for everyone. It is meant for those who enjoy the meeting, the chase, the problems, and the happy conclusion. Be sure to enjoy a hot cup of cocoa and a cookie while you watch.
