PARADISE S1 REVIEW 🤩

PARADISE is one of my favorite new TV series for 2025. I knew instantaneously. The premise captured my imagination with endless thoughts of “what if” this happened in real life. The masses would never know what hit them and that is what makes PARADISE so exciting, riveting, and entertaining. Plus it does not hinder the dramatic, action-packed pace to have Sterling K. Brown leading the talented ensemble.

Dan Fogelman (THIS IS US) is PARADISE’s brilliant creator and co-writer. He is adept at devising deeply entwined, heart-warming and breaking stories. He knows just how far to push and blur the boundaries of what is acceptable. His writing hooks and reels you in with deliberate intentions each episode. The series has already been renewed for a second season. I wish it would begin now. This is the epitome of compelling intrigue.

James Marsden portrays the perfect guilt-ridden, imperfect President. Brown is the opposite of his Secret Service confidante and bodyguard, Xavier Collins. One glaring, stare-down is all it takes to express control, intelligence, compassion, and power. He is relentless and will never stop til all the hidden answers unravel. No “Code Red, cheesy fries, or Sinatra” will make him stop searching. All I can say is bring it on. Huzzah!

PARADISE is a thrilling, conspiracy-driven, must-see TV show. My only wish is for more episodes. Don’t miss it.

PARADISE is streaming on HULU.
