HACKS was a revelation. The writers did an excellent job peeling the unnecessary layers away and digging into what makes HACKS so special. This honesty is the heart of hearing Deborah and Ava’s voices.
The entire episode took its fans on an emotional roller coaster ride. I mean, who ruins their second favorite fur? In a most unexpected scenario, Jean Smart and Hannah Einbender show us their superb acting skills. It was quietly hilarious while showcasing those poignant edges. It was the brilliant moment that audiences had been waiting for all season.
