I’m conflicted about YOU’RE CORDIALLY INVITED. On the one hand, I adore Reese Witherspoon and Will Ferrell. They are a dream team for invoking huge belly laughs in a silly comedic rom-com film. On the other hand, where were the writers and director to keep this movie moving in the right direction without getting bogged down with stupid schticks? 

The ensemble of YOU’RE CORDIALLY INVITED was a seat in a master class of stellar comedy actors. The abundance of fantastic talent should have raised the roof on this film, but alas, they were not given the proper words or direction. What a waste of time and skill. 

YOU’RE CORDIALLY INVITED is not worth your attention, dear readers. Instead, I would suggest not accepting the invitation.
