WOMEN IN BLUE was entertaining to watch due to the historical and inspiring plot line. Kudos to the writers and the talented cast who brought the series to life. So many today stand on the original first sixteen determined shoulders. Here’s my season review breakdown.

“WOMEN IN BLUE is just getting warmed up. It is a huge plus for me when I get to learn something new while solving a murder mystery and fighting the good fight for women’s equality.“

“WOMEN IN BLUE is highly entertaining in a very “soapy” way, yet they still feel real and authentic despite all the drama-trauma. It is a well-produced series that teaches its viewers how far we have come. Many stand on the shoulders of these first sixteen women who dared to break the acceptable standard.“
E5 ANGELES 🤩
“WOMEN IN BLUE works well because of the strong talent level among the ensemble and the writers. Audiences are being swept deeper and deeper into a period decades ago when women had to deal with blatant prejudice and inequality. It is a fascinating journey, even if the plot is predictable. I will be more than ready for their final comeuppance.“
E6 LAURA 🤩
“This episode treated viewers to two creative and well-done montage sequences. They help to spread more information and emotional upheavals forward. I particularly enjoyed the piano playing vs. where each character is at this moment in time.”

“WOMEN IN BLUE is in full investigative mode. The female police officers are finding out how deceitful and dishonest the male cops actually are. It is bubble-popping for some of the ladies as they edge closer to finding the serial killer menacing the city.“

“WOMEN IN BLUE was all about the necessary details and backstory about the serial killer’s identity terrorizing the city. The episode was compelling and intense, although it used a softer tone and pacing.“
E9 GABINA 🤩
“This was one of the most emotional and intense episodes until the final frame. It highlighted how thoughtful insight and less testosterone running amuck could lead to better investigational results. It ended on a cliffhanger of imminent proportions. It is incredible how teamwork and using your listening ears can be beneficial. Let’s hope it is not too late for some.“

“WOMEN IN BLUE ended its first season with an exciting, thrilling, and heartfelt finale. The episode offered additional insights and a cliffhanger about what could be in store for another journey next year.“
