UNITED STATES OF AL is off on a tangent plot of gambling and addiction. This shows another side to Al (Adhir Kalyan) which was not completed during this episode.Â
I enjoyed watching the dad (Dean Norris) and Riley (Parker Young) show how much they care about Al and his well-being. It is important to witness a character’s flaws, as well as their strengths. I am just not sure I will be along for the long haul. Lately, I have been missing the Al from season one. Bring back those stories, please. This is how I fell in love with Al in the beginning.
