Nicole Kidman re-teams with David E. BIG LITTLE LIES Kelly for another puzzle-box limited series. It’s refreshing to see both her and Hugh Grant comfortably sink into their elite upper east side NY characters. It’s just a shame that not much happens in episode 1 outside of tension building and set-up for episode 2.
