THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY S4 REVIEW ๐Ÿ˜Šย

THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY went out with a bang. It was a surprising conclusion that was bold, bloody, and gutsy. Viewers will not be disappointed.

The writers took the zany characters on a never-ending trip, missing a train station exit strategy. Along the way, everyone met Doctors Jean and Gene portrayed by Megan Mullally and Nick Offerman. They were two of the funniest, weirdest, evil villains to promote an upside-down tattoo with ugly, knife-stabbing results. Priceless, shocking, mayhem moments that were entertaining and beyond belief.

The issue THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY had was in the writing department. It was a very confusing season throughout most of the episodes. The cast kept popping in and out of too many timelines to keep straight. After viewing, I would say aloud, what the heck just happened? It felt convoluted until the end was in sight. Too little, too late.

THE UMBRELLA ACADEMY definitely ended the series. There is no coming back, and thatโ€™s a shame because Elliott Page was simply superb.

It is streaming on Netflix.ย
