In WELCOME TO THE CLUB, a promotional short goes wrong by focusing on Lisa Simpson becoming a villain. It plays like an uninspired cash grab that I wish had more fun with like the original SIMPSONS PLUSAVERSARY.
As a SIMPSONS fan, we all know that episodes that focus on Lisa tend to be weaker, and the latest is no exception. The main song is lackluster and flatter than Homer’s IQ. I’d skip this edition and watch old reruns of THE SIMPSONS instead.
