THE PITT S1E9 HOUR NINE 3 P.M. 🤩

THE PITT, written by Noah Wylie this week,  was sad, gut-wrenching, and highly intense. The story content puts viewers in the middle of Pittsburgh’s Emergency Medical facility and doesn’t let go until the credits flash on screen. I am not sure if I even breathed deeply throughout the entire hour.

The entire ensemble ensures viewers are learning how difficult this type of work is and how under-appreciated the real-life medical professionals feel throughout their long shifts.  It is obviously hard work, and everyday situations must be compartmentalized to move on to the next patient that walks through their door. The acting is utterly amazing in THE PITT. It is understated and quickly shuts out the light from the outside world. This might not be a binge type of series. There is much to be processed each hour.

THE PITT will definitely be on my list of the top TV series of 2025. If you are a fan of medical shows, don’t miss this one.

THE PITT is streaming on MAX.
