THE PITT is getting more intense with each passing hour at the Pittsburgh Emergency Trauma Center. It is impossible to imagine or understand the amount of pressure real-life first responders feel everyday and how it affects their choices. This series shines a light on all those who “stay focused on what they can do to make a difference.”
HOUR 7 allowed viewers a peek at the littlest moments that bring an inkling of joy to a very beleaguered and understaffed team of doctors and nurses. Audiences had to catch these fleeting seconds quickly before the curtain closed on each cubicle filled with patients in need. Bravo to the writers and cast who keep up this overwhelming pace while being filmed in chronological order. It definitely makes a difference in the actor’s tone and physicality of each character.
THE PITT is a marvel of humanity’s tenacity to do the right thing in order to save lives. It is excellently done while being entertaining – in a medical vacuum of sorts. If you like medical shows, then this is the series for you. You won’t be disappointed.
THE PITT is streaming on Max.
