THE MADNESS LIMITED SERIES REVIEW ๐Ÿ˜Š

THE MADNESS does not pull any punches. It tells it like it is when an innocent person is accidentally at the wrong place at the wrong time. And then THE MADNESS begins. It highlights what is probably going on behind our backs in todayโ€™s world. The manipulation of our society is so real by the billionaires and influencers. This is not a light-hearted series. Good, honest people died.ย

Colman Domingo, as Muncie, led a very intense, talented ensemble. I truly felt his and their pain and anxiety. Some โ€œgetawaysโ€ were improbable and presented gaps in the chase scenes and aftermath. I understand the writerโ€™s creative license to do what needs to be done. I sometimes wished they could follow the adage that less is more. This is a limited series, but perhaps more editing might have made it even stronger and tighter. It was a long journey to get to the pay-off.ย ย

THE MADNESS made me think about what was happening all around us. I was sad about the lack of solutions. Again, I get it. This was not their intention, but holy, you know what… our communitiesย are on a helluva collision course.ย

THE MADNESS is streaming on NETFLIX.
