THE GILDED AGE S2E7 WONDERS NEVER CEASE 🤩

THE GILDED AGE is setting itself up for next week’s season finale. There were several plot lines that led viewers down a path of redemption, hope, success, and destruction. It is compelling, to say the least.

The writers gave fans a stunning peak at what the opening of the wondrous Brooklyn Bridge might have been like. It was fascinating to see two distinctly different classes of people celebrating and enjoying the fireworks light up the sky, as well as watching the powerful people learn a woman oversaw the bridge’s completion. Oh, there must have been too many tongues wagging non-stop that evening.

Kudos to Christine Baranski, Blake Ritson, and Cynthia Nixon. Their emotional journey was heart-wrenching. Brilliantly performed. The meltdowns tore my heart in half.

THE GILDED AGE is historically dramatic and entertaining. The characters feel “human” as they try to make sense of the times, politics, and gaps in our growing society. It is available on Max.
