The slow burn CHAPTER 2 of BOBA FETT has me perplexed. On the one hand, it has some of the best action to hit a TV show via a steller train sequence. Yet on the other, the character development is a bore.
The creators are catching audiences up via flashbacks, showing what happens to Boba Fett before the adventures in THE MANDALORIAN. But my question is – why? Do we need to know the intricate details of the story? My gut tells me that we do. However, we won’t know that until the final page is turned in THE BOOK OF BOBA FETT.
If you are a STAR WARS fan, there are a slew of easter eggs and reveals that make the boring bits a bit more enjoyable this week. However, I want more than easter eggs and action. Otherwise, I might not return to my bookmark and finish this one.
