REBOOT’s writers decided to blow up every storyline in the series. Nothing was protected or held back. There were at least five cliffhangers to be resolved if and when the show returns. This makes for exciting TV.
Peter Gallagher was introduced in this episode, and I hope he will be back. I am a fan. He and Paul Reiser bounce well off each other with their fast-paced bickering and timing. Humorous scenes and well-written. The entire ensemble feels like they have been together longer than for just eight installments.
REBOOT is indeed a reboot of not only an old, make-believe sitcom but also every day relationships and life situations. It is a double entendre in every aspect. This makes REBOOT fun and enjoyable to watch.
