ONLY MURDERS IN THE BUILDING gave fans all the necessary information to make DIRTY BIRDS a true filler episode. Yes, I understand viewers needed to know more about the three new, wealthy characters, but it did not move the story forward as it has in the past. The writers set the stage for our podcast to make its climb up the charts.
Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez learned that even though “etiquette died four months after the Internet was introduced,” it is imperative always to serve dinner when inviting people over at 7 PM. The bits between the “birds” and our familiar trio were funny and telling. They just didn’t gel together as a cohesive unit. It even seemed at times a little forced in tone.
Now that we know what we know, ONLY MURDERS IN THE BUILDING can get on with the game before it is over. My one piece of advice is, please notice when a woman gets her hair done.
