MISSING YOU LIMITIED SERIES REVIEW 🤮

MISSING YOU  is a limited series based on Harlan Coben’s 2014 novel. This is the fourth adaption, and I am unsure why it was necessary to produce. It did not offer more creativity. It was a straightforward story-telling of a far-fetched mystery to solve, and I cannot say it was worth my valuable time for such a rushed, anti-climatic final second.

Kat (Rosalind Eleazar) led this detective to chase through the past, only to collide with, of course, the present day. She was okay, but nothing gave this reviewer the intensity necessary to want the truth. Rosalind is a stunning actress with so-so facial expression. She needed more from the writers to pull it all together. In many ways, it felt one-dimensional. There were several other characters I wanted to know more about. This is not good for the series’ continuity.

MISSING YOU was missing something. It was a much-anticipated show, highly promoted, and lackluster in the end.

It is streaming on NETFLIX.
