LOOT S2E5 MALLY’S ๐Ÿ˜Š

LOOT is setting the stage for romance in a funny, sweet, and very Maya Rudolph way. It was a blast from the past revisiting a mall as only Molly can.

What stands out in this episode is the extremeย differences between the excessively rich and everyday people. This is what the writers do so well each week. They put a label on excessive vs survival, and it does make us pause in our tracks. Hereโ€™s the catchโ€ฆit is done with humor and thoughtfulness. Kudos to taking audiences from a mega yacht and back to reality. I love it when characters stay true to who they are at their core, yet they subtly and unexpectedly grow.ย

LOOT is surprising me this season. The quirky ensemble seems more authentic and caring. It is quick and easy to watch and stream on Apple TV+.ย
