GHOSTS UK is England’s original version of America’s hit series, GHOSTS. We copied them in detail, plot, and characters. They are five seasons ahead and ending their run this Christmas.Â
GHOSTS UK is faster and almost on the verge of being frenetic. It is darker in tone and actual color. The comedy is sarcastic and glib. America’s version is much more laid back, kinder, and bright. There are more “ghosts” doing their thing at Button House. They are cleverly created. They react louder and faster to each other while dealing with the story’s action. The two shows are so similar yet different.Â
GHOSTS UK, so far, is a fun ride. I am not sure how long I will be watching, but for now, it is nice to view a “new” sitcom on television and not just reality shows.
