FOR ALL MANKIND S3E7 BRING IT DOWN 🤮

FOR ALL MANKIND was a tough one to watch this week. Anytime an “animal is harmed in the making” it leaves me angry, sad, and “verklempt.”

I originally thought this series was about space and the race to Mars. It seems to have lost its way far too often by dealing with the social norms of our decade. Sex, drugs, mental health, terror groups, homophobia, childhood trauma, and political traitors all seem to get in the way of the mission.  I understand we all need to know the “backstories” for each character, but I watch this Sci-fi for space and beyond. I have to care about the ensemble and frankly Danny just gets on my nerves. (As well as his wimpy brother, Jimmy)

It appears the writers are stretching to make it to the finale by throwing together too much. This could be an excellent 30-minute show, if only it could be tweaked. FOR ALL MANKIND would be succinct, to the point, and I could hang out on Mars with the rest of the gang. Now that would be something I would thoroughly enjoy week after week with or without the obligatory cliffhanger.

FOR ALL MANKIND is available to stream on APPLE tv+
