DERRY GIRLS S3 SERIES REVIEW 🤩

DERRY GIRLS completed their amazing, crazy, hilarious series with a perfect finale. It brought the entire show full circle from where it began with an inside look at a group of teenage girls and one guy coming of age in the 90s from Northern Ireland.

Don’t ever snack while watching the DERRY GIRLS. It would be impossible to keep any particle of food properly in your mouth due to excessive laughter that will come as easily as breathing. This group, their families, and the entire school will crack you up and make it impossible to keep a straight face. These teenagers will do and say anything that the viewer is not expecting, yet it will all seem quite natural. The writers nailed this show perfectly. They spoke at lightning speeds, making it necessary to turn on closed caption so I could hear every pearl.

The DERRY GIRLS grew up before my eyes in the span of three seasons. They quite literally became young people who dealt with death, rioting, violence, dating, and voting. They grew even more caring and outrageous. They were all ready for the next step in their lives. It was a joy to be a small part of their journey. I enjoyed every moment, especially the extraordinary mail delivery at the very end. It all seemed so fitting. Kudos to the entire cast and crew. Brilliant.

DERRY GIRLS is available to stream on NETFLIX.
