BAD MONKEY came face to face with a manatee and finally got clarity. The writers brought the series’ three plots together most unusually. Yancy (Vince Vaughn) was looking for a get-out-of-jail card without first listening to another ‘pickle speech,’ and it all worked brilliantly.
I must warn everyone not to mess with the Dragon Queen (Jodie Turner-Smith.) There is going to be some powerful retribution after the cliffhanger. Rosa (Natalie Martinez) is also someone I would want to have to watch my back. Great performances by the women in this ensemble, even though I adore Yancy’s dad, played by Tom Nowicki. His sarcastic comments as the narrator are a hoot as well.
BAD MONKEY is coming to a head in all directions. I do hope the monkey will be able to make one more appearance as well. Otherwise, please change the title if there will be another season.
