ABBOTT ELEMENTARY S2E3 STORY SAMURAI ๐Ÿ˜Šย

ABBOTT ELEMENTARY had two distinctly different plot lines going this week. Neither one really intersected, but they allowed the viewers to see the staff as real people.

As a former teacher, it was difficult to show my students a more vulnerable side to me. Asking for help or acting โ€œcornyโ€ sometimes is not the image teachers want to project to their students. It is not easy to appear โ€œless thanโ€ in their eyes. It is a lesson all teachers must learn, whether they are a veteran with years of experience or a newbie just starting. It is humbling and empowering all at the same time. ABBOTT ELEMENTARY showcased these emotions with grace, class, and, most of all, humor. Bravo to the writers and the entire ensemble.ย

ABBOTT ELEMENTARY continues to knock my socks off with its simple, yet meaningful, creative stories. This episode was an advanced lesson on being a teacher and still remaining human.

It is available to stream on ABC television.ย
