I thought I would be slightly disappointed with the S4 premiere after the S3 finale of WHAT WE DO IN THE SHADOWS. But leave it to this show to somehow pick back up right where it left off. The end of the last season had more emotion and drama than I had expected, in a good way, but I’m glad we are back to typical vampire antics in these first couple of episodes.
I don’t want to say too much given last season’s cliffhanger, but if you’ve enjoyed the show so far, bite into these latest couple of episodes. I have high hopes, especially after the second episode THE LAMP. At the very least, you’ll see how Nandor’s “eat, prey, love” journey turned out.
