2 HEARTS is a sap-driven, Hallmark kind of movie. It doesn’t offer any surprises along the way. It shares the story of one gorgeous, kind, loving man in need of new lungs. It is based upon a true story.

Of course, there is a vital, young, cute, athletic man who becomes a part of this journey. I can’t tell you what happens next. I don’t have to, because it then becomes a commercial for organ donations. Yet, I think it is an amazing, inspiring journey both families travel.

I wish the writers and actors knew how to peel back more layers to make us want to watch. I needed sharper dialogue, more honest facial reactions, and better truthful interactions with each other.

2 HEARTS is a great story…just not a good film. But it is still available to stream on Netflix.
