TIME BANDITS continues to be a show that does not move the plot forward in a timely manner. The latest two-episode batch is a mixed bag.
E5 GEORGIAN 🤮
Episode five is the worst yet. Even with Cassanova to swoon over, this dull edition has nothing to love. I didn’t laugh at all; the only thing I was thankful for was the shorter episode run time.
E6 MANSA MUSA 😊
Meanwhile, episode six is on par with the rest of the TIME BANDITS series. It will spoil audiences as they follow the bandits to meet the wealthiest person in history while finally moving the plot forward with a cliffhanger ending.

At times, I’m concerned that TIME BANDITS is being “sucked into the nothing” and stuck displaying silly characters with actors playing them. Yet, since the cast is having so much fun, it’s hard not to continue to binge this good, not great series on Apple TV+.
