THE PERIPHERAL wrapped up its first season with an intriguing cliffhanger. This series keeps its viewers on its Sci-Fi toes as it travels decades into the abysmal future for humanity.Â
The ensemble was strong. The action/fighting scenes left it all on the table. The sets ranged from bleak to Appalachia country. Props vaulted viewers into futuristic times, yet guns were still a mainstay. Costumes and sets were minimalistic and mostly gray or black. Nothing to look forward to fashion-wise. Â
Chloe Grace Moretz was one tough, persistent woman. She is gorgeous and quirky at the same time. The men were capable and hunky, just the way most of us like them. It was a complicated storyline that still could use some rewatching to catch every nuance and fact.Â
I liked and enjoyed THE PERIPHERAL. It was like nothing I had ever seen before in a time-traveling show. It left me wanting more…explanations, action, and possible hook-ups. Hopefully, it will be back for another season.Â
THE PERIPHERAL is available to stream on AMAZON PRIME.Â
