STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS came back to life with an intense, heartfelt episode. Fans will be on the edge of their seats wondering if this was the demise of one of their beloved characters. The addition of the time clock counting down minutes added immensely to the exciting conclusion. The writers put the danger into brilliant perspective of how tenuous space travel can be no matter the century.
For me, it has been rewarding to peel back the layers of each of the main characters. Exploring and discovering their minute life details and nuances is making this season deliciously entertaining. Not only do audiences become privy to the ensemble’s superb acting skills, but the rewards lie within the complex, rich stories as well. Besides…it is just plain fun to imagine a life living among the stars and galaxies.
STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS will not disappoint. It proved that “Starships are capable of miracles if you listen.” It is streaming on Paramount.
